Managing Your Subscription

You are able to pause, cancel or change your subscription at any time with no fees. Simply click here or at the top of our website on “Subscription Management” and follow the steps.

Cancellation Policy

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.

You will also be sent an email 7 days in advance to your subscription renewing, giving plenty of time to make any changes!

Please note - we require you to cancel your subscription with at least a 48 hour heads up. One a subscription charge goes through, we will not be able to cancel the order.

Returns of the unused & unopened jars will cost $10 per order for shipping labels, fees and restocking costs we incur, and refunds will be given once we receive the order at our warehouse.
