Your 90 day progression tracker

joint rehab is slow and easy to miss when you see your dog every day. this tracker turns it into numbers you can actually compare. two minutes today, then a check-in at weeks 4, 8 and 12.

Set up

three answers. the weight one matters most, because the wrong dose is the most common reason a dog doesn't improve.

Their weight
Your dog's daily dose
1 chew a day

a jar lasts about 2 months. give it at the same time every day.

Your check-in dates

one file with all three dates, for Apple Calendar, Outlook and most other apps. on Google Calendar, use "remind me" on each date.

Score them

score what you see on a normal day, not their best moment. if you're between two numbers, pick the lower one. it keeps the comparison honest.

Film the same 10 seconds every time
  1. same spot, same angle, phone held sideways at your dog's shoulder height.
  2. call them up off their bed or the floor, then let them walk away from the camera.
  3. film before the walk, not after. a warmed-up dog hides the stiffness you're trying to see.

put the clips in one album on your phone called "my dog 90 days". at week 12, play week 1 and week 12 side by side.

What the numbers mean

when you see your dog every day, a one point change can feel like nothing. it isn't. here's how we read them when a dog parent emails us their scores.

  1. 4
Week 4 · first check-in Small, or nothing yet. Both are normal.

some dogs show a first change in the first month, usually an easier time getting up or one less pause at the stairs. plenty don't yet, especially older dogs with more to rebuild.

Your move: check the dose in step 01 matches their weight, and keep going.

  2. 8
Week 8 · two months in This is where the numbers start to move.

look for a point or two up on a couple of lines. one line improving while the rest hold steady counts too. day to day it can feel like nothing, which is exactly why you're writing it down.

Your move: keep the dose exactly where it is. steady, every day, is what gets you to week 12.

  3. 12
Week 12 · the full 90 days The one the whole plan is built around.

score it, then play the week 1 and week 12 videos side by side. that comparison usually tells you more than any single number.

Your move: email us your scores, whatever they say. we'd love to see them, and if your dog isn't moving better, that's what the 90 day guarantee is for.

At any check-in: a score went down?

it's almost always a big few days: a long hike, rough play, a lot of stairs. ease off to short, flat walks for a few days and score again. one low check-in isn't the trend.

What a real result has sounded like

“After napping, it would take some effort for her to move around and eventually get up. Tratez hip and joint supplement has helped significantly. We walk 2-4 miles every morning and she prances in front of me...”

Debby O., Bailey, 8 year old German Shepherd · Trustpilot, Sep 2026

The guarantee, and your scores

your week 12 check-in is the one the 90 day guarantee is built around. this is the deal, plainly.

  • Give it 90 days in a row at the right dose for your dog's weight. that's your side of it, and it's why the dose sits at the top of this page.
  • If your dog isn't moving better after 90 days, email us. no return needed. sending your scores helps us help you, and you never have to argue for it.
  • It covers the chews, one jar per customer. it doesn't cover taste: if your dog won't eat them, email us and we'll work it out with you.
  • Anything damaged, missing or wrong gets fixed straight away, whatever day you're on.
Stuck? A real person reads these

send your dog's weight, how many chews a day, how long they've been on them, and your scores. that's usually enough for us to spot what's off.
